Double Flex Chains

Key components like pins and center links are crafted from heat treated alloy steel, with pins induction hardened for enhanced wear resistance and longevity. Center links are similarly hardened on their edges, while sidebars are made of medium carbon heat treated steel with induction hardened edges. For DF3500 sidebars, the sliding face is also hardened for extended life. The chains are riveted in construction, with connecting pins also riveted, and are interchangeable with other standard makes of corresponding sizes and numbers. Primarily used in the dairy and forest product industries, these chains are ideal for moving boards and crates around corners on multiple strand conveyors. They're best suited for slow to moderate speed applications, with maximum chain speed dependent on sprocket size.
